Resource Booking Instructions

Please follow the reservation guidelines here and read the resource booking instructions before using the reservation system. Coaches are allowed 1 cage reservation per week and 1 field reservation per week.

Batting Cages Booking Guidelines:

Cages are by reservation only. You do not have cage time during your scheduled practice time unless you reserved them ahead of time. To reserve the cages, click on the Cage Reservations link and follow the instructions. You are allowed to book one cage time per week.

Practice Fields Booking Guidelines

Availability, and schedules are predetermined by the league and documented in the Practice Schedule. If you choose to hold a practice outside of the posted practice schedule, you must adhere to the following Field Rules.

Field Availability

Monday - Friday Field Availability

Cypress Canyon Field 1:	Monday and Friday 5pm - 7pm 2Hr time slot, Tuesday - Thursday 5pm - 7pm and 7pm - 9pm
Cypress Canyon Fields 2, 3 and 4:	4pm - Dark 2Hr time slots
Sycamore Canyon Fields 1 and 2:	4pm - 5:30pm and 5:30pm - 7pm - 1.5Hr time slots

Saturday Field Availability

Cypress Canyon field 1, 2, 3 and 4 are 1.5Hr time slots from:	8am - 9:30am, 9:30am -11am, 11am - 12:30pm, 12:30pm - 2pm, 2pm - 3:30pm, 3:30pm - 5pm
Sycamore Canyon fields 1 and 2 are 1.5Hr time slots from:	8am - 9:30am, 9:30am - 11am, 11am - 12:30pm

As always the reservation system is first come first served but please do not book more than one batting cage and one practice field per week or it may be deleted without notice.
